At The Favorites, we want you to love every piece of your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all eligible decor and furnishings. If your selection isn't the perfect fit for your space, we are here to ensure a smooth exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or visit our returns center with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is securely cushioned for transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from your confirmation email, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
